Army Gen. Stephen R. Lyons speaks to Army Command Sgt. Maj. John W. Troxell, senior enlisted advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, before his promotion ceremony at Scott Air Force Base. While there, Lyons toured the UPS Air Operations Center, discussed cyber security, and built on the strong partnership between the company and USTRANSCOM. After his trip to UPS, Lyons visited the University of Louisville to speak with students, facility members, McConnell Scholars, and members of the U.S. Army’s Strategic Broadening Seminar about leadership.
