I created this cake for one of my valued clients today. I thoroughly enjoyed designing it to meet her specific needs. You know I have to say that among the many traditions I have started with my kids over the years Christmas breakfast has to be my very favorite. We look forward to it every year! They look forward to the French Toast Casserole, the egg shuffle (recipe shared by a dear friend many years ago who has now passed but still apart of our story) Quiche Loraine, the Cinnamon Rolls all of it!
