📍 Nova Clean – Commercial Cleaning with Meaning

We’re growing and looking to add an Experienced Cleaning Floater to our team!

This is a key position within Nova Clean — stepping in when team members are off, covering new accounts, and making sure our clients still receive the detailed, consistent service we’re known for.

✨ This position is perfect for someone who:
• Has prior commercial or residential cleaning experience
• Can walk into a building confidently and figure things out
• Is a problem solver — not someone who waits to be told every step
• Can follow a checklist and complete tasks thoroughly
• Is dependable, flexible, and takes pride in their work
• Notices the details others miss 👀

🧽 What the Floater Role Looks Like:
• Filling in when cleaners call off
• Covering vacation or schedule gaps
• Supporting new accounts or special projects
• Ensuring Nova Clean standards are upheld at every location

You must be comfortable working independently, managing your time, and representing our company professionally. When covering for vacations, there would be at least a week notice, but this position is ideal for somebody who is flexible and there may be times when covering a shift that there is not much notice . 

Our accounts are located in Troy, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Saint Peter’s, O Fallon, and Saint Charles areas. Most cleans are evening hours during the weekday cleans and anytime when covering weekend shifts.

🚨 Job Opportunity in Troy, MO! 🚨
Looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team! We have flexible positions available — take on one or combine multiple for extra weekly income.

🧼 Available Cleaning Positions:

1️⃣ Church in Troy (2x per week)
• Clean on Saturdays and Tuesdays
• $75 per clean / $150 per week
• Takes about 2.5 hours per clean (5 hours total weekly)

2️⃣ Smaller Church in Troy (1x per week)
• Clean on Saturdays
• $50 per week
• Takes about 2 hours

3️⃣ Large Bank in Troy (3x per week)
• Clean on Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
• $180 per week
• Each shift is 2–2.5 hours (under 8 hours total per week)
• This is a two-person job — one position is already filled! We’re looking to hire the second cleaner for the team.

💵 Pay: Every Friday
📋 Contract: 1099 Position (Independent Contractor)

We’ve been busy busy over here at Nova Clean, Doing begining of the year walkthroughs and revisiting the needs of our current clients.

Today I finished up some slides I will be presenting at the Oasis Center here in town at the end of month for some of the moms they have been helping! Super excited to help out anyway we can and provide support to our community.

Just taking some time today to really think about how far I’ve come with the company and how I am so thankful for all of our continued clients throughout the years!

We have some clients going on eight years this coming up year!!! Thank you for letting us continue to provide quality cleans for your business, it means the world to me.
