Witherb Sourdough was created with a bottle of beer, a love of fresh bread, and a lot of patience. The result is completely drool worthy.

Spending some time expanding my sourdough baking repertoire while I await what I'm sure will be many job offers... if/when I ever start applying. 😜
Today, sourdough crumpets and a cinnamon swirl focaccia. Yum!
Dinner will be sourdough pizza, but since it's still rising and therefore looks like a lump of pale dough on a tray... pics will have to wait.
The house is coming together in Point Mugu, CA! I'm hoping to do a small bake this weekend, to test out the oven and get the house smelling right. Maybe meet the neighbors? Then focus on CA licensing and a show open for local orders.
We made it to Ventura, CA! Our house and house hold goods won't be ready for a couple of weeks still, so until then our hiatus from baking continues and we explore our new surroundings♡ looking forward to serving up delicious bread to new faces later this month!

Good morning, Kodiak! The seasons are (finally!) changing, and the farmer's market is up and running. We will be there this weekend with all our classic sourdough selections, along with some new items. We have sourdough banana bread, and the flavor of the month is an extra spicy loaf with pepper jack cheese, and an assortment of spicy peppers!

Since Scott and I are both in the Kodiak Arts Council production of Chicago, and it's quickly taking over our lives, we're only going to be available, bake wise, for special orders through the website/ messenger here: meaning we won't be at the co-op Saturday sales or any other vendor event until mid-March when our schedule lightens. Fear not, We will still have time for the smaller personal orders you guys put in, but the large batch baking needs to take a back burner while we razzle dazzle.
