Strength, Cardio and Conditioning Training I am a freelance personal trainer serving the entire Lake Charles area. I specialize in fat burning and bodybuilding.

My training methods include incorporating the two together in high intensity training sessions that only last around 45mins. I bring all the equipment needed to the client's location of choice, including a full barbell set and various training tools.

Week 2 of the summer shred and starting to see results already!
This is clips of my shoulder workout today: 4 exercises 7 sets per exercise
30 sec rest between sets (fasted state with no carbs)

It’s that time again….time to get shredded! This is a cut of my summer shred arm workout:
4 exercises
7 sets per exercise
1 min rest between sets
Rep range is heavy( 7-4 reps )
This is done in a fasted state with no spotter so I’m trying to keep intensity high but stay safe.

I’ve been having fighting some shoulder pain the last few weeks and using straps to stabilize the bar for squats is really helping take the shoulders out of it. Try it out for front squats too!
