Exhibition Reminder! From now until April 6th Susan Duca’s “Stop. Run. Play.” Photo essay and her new continuation of the project “29-30” is on display here at the association. Susan’s “Stop. Run. Play.” collection document the formative years of a class of students at Scuola-Città Pestalozzi and the recent addition “29-30” photographs some of the former students as they approach their 30’s. “They offered me a gift of time.” She has said, adding, “I knew that I was getting something from them, but after reflection with their teachers and the students themselves; I hope they have gotten something from me as well.” The exhibition is being held both indoors and outdoors & will be open from 3pm-7pm every day. Promemoria della mostra! Da ora al 6 aprile “Stop. Correre. Giocare.” La collezione fotografica e il nuovo aggiornamento del progetto “29-30” sono esposte qui presso l’associazione. La mostra Stop. Run. Play. documenta gli anni formativi di una classe di studenti della Scuola-Città Pestalozzi e la recente aggiunta “29-30” fotografa alcuni di quei ex scolari mentre si avvicinano ai trent’anni. “Mi hanno offerto un regalo di tempo.” Ha detto Susan, aggiungendo: “Sapevo che stavo ottenendo qualcosa da loro, ma dopo aver riflettuto con i loro insegnanti e gli studenti stessi; Spero che anche loro abbiano ricevuto qualcosa da me”. La prima grande novità di quest'anno: il Cortona On The Move Award!

Da oggi fino al 16 maggio puoi partecipare gratuitamente alla prima edizione della nuova open call di Cortona On The Move. In palio un riconoscimento di 5.000€ per il progetto fotografico selezionato.

Un’opportunità unica per i fotografi.

Con la partnership di LensCulture e la collaborazione del Cortona DOC, la open call è a tema aperto, gratuita e accoglie progetti, in fase di sviluppo o inediti, con i più vari approcci fotografici alla contemporaneità: nuove prospettive e nuove visioni.

I dieci finalisti saranno presentati a metà luglio durante le giornate inaugurali del festival e, tra questi, due saranno esposti sulla piattaforma online di LensCulture, mentre il primo classificato otterrà il riconoscimento in denaro di 5.000€ e potrà esporre a Cortona On The Move 2023.
