My Halloween costume!

This is in preparation for The Ballad of the Fae Courts Ball coming up in the Spring.

A few modifications will be made based on my first wear, but I am pretty pleased with how it turned out!

I couldn't decide between honouring the Seelie and Unseelie Courts, so took inspiration from both. From lush moss and twinkle lights to glowing rot and fungus.

Bark is made from EVA foam and hot glue, the fungus is also hot glue.
Lots of plastic greenery was pillaged, dissected stitched and glued.

Antlers are wire, foil and worbla, glued right to my head.

The most adorable bat ever!
He wanted to be a bat with purple wings, so that's what I made.

I was asked to make a cape for a wonderful 4 year old who decided he wanted to be himself but *super* for Halloween 🎃
A big "N" because that's what his name starts with and a lightening bolt ⚡️
He sure was super!

I love doing Zoe's annual Halloween costume!
This year, she wanted to be a zombie princess.
They found a 2nd hand Belle dress for me to "zombiefy" (yes, I made up that word) and added a ribbon back to make sure it fit well.
She looks terrifyingly amazing!
