Steak night! Last night’s steak was this amazing Teres Major from grilled hot and fast on the Ironwood! This cut is one of the lesser known cuts. It’s finally under 100 degrees here so why not make some chicken fajita soup for !

For I made pulled chicken pimento cheese sliders! I brined the chicken in pickle juice before putting it on the Pro 750 with hickory pellets. I used the pimento cheese recipe from the Traeger Pimento Cheese Burger recipe. After shredding the chicken I mixed it with diced pickles, bacon and BBQ sauce, covered it with pimento cheese and baked till the cheese was good and melted.

Went with some pickle brined smoked hot wings for this week!

Happy ! This week we tried out the pickle poppers! These pickles were stuffed with cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped up with Bacon and seasoned with that Perfect Pork rub! Smokey, delicious and a nice change up from jalapeños.
