2025 was a FULL year!

Full of God’s love, patience, kindness and faithfulness. Through the people, places, challenges, triumphs and everything in between, He was always on display. I serve an amazing God, and I’m thankful for this little/big life he has given me.

I’m looking forward to seeing what God has planned for 2026.

Part 2: Giants Of Africa Festival 2025 🏀

If I had to describe this experience in three words: Joyful, Unforgettable & Life-Changing.

For starters, Kigali, Rwanda might be one of the cleanest countries I have ever visited, with some of the warmest, hospitable people you will ever meet.

The GOA Festival itself brought together 320 male and female athletes from across 20 African nations to learn, train and compete in a basketball tournament over the course of two weeks.

I had the privilege of coaching with team Senegal (I actually visited back in 2020 with Right to play) and they were the greatest group to work with (I’m also biased 😅). Not only were they extremely talented and eager to learn they were such a joyful group to be around.

This experience challenged me, pushed me and reminded me why I love this sport so much. This sport unites, it teaches valuable life skills, it builds character, it creates life changing opportunities, it brings so much joy and pleasure to the players, coaches, organizers and spectators alike.

This sport is life changing, it changed me, these athletes, the coaches and everyone else involved.

Thank you Giants of Africa for one of the best experiences of my life.

Exciting News! I’m thrilled to announce that this year I’ll be mentoring Duncan Cran Elementary with ! I’ll be sharing my athletic journey, experiences, and mindset to inspire and support students in their educational and personal growth.

Classroom Champions connects athletes like me with classrooms across North America to help kids develop the skills and mindsets needed for success both in and out of the classroom. From goal-setting to teamwork, I’ll be sharing valuable lessons and motivational content drawn from my personal journey as an athlete, aimed at empowering the next generation.

I can’t wait to share what these kids teach me!
