Some students made the most of the weather and took training outdoors for some hyungs and Weapons work.
The rest of the class were working on some sparring ahead of the Scottish next week.

Huge congratulations to Brian and Connor who graded to Cho Dan Bo earlier this month.

Its was a tough testing but they pushed through the pain and came out the other side.

They have made it another step forward in their martial arts journey.
