Crunchy from outside & soft from inside Delhi's famous "Kulche" best to have with pindi Chole ✨️♥️
Never ending and unforgettable taste one can have ♡
2 cup aata 300gm
2 cup maida 300gm
1/2 cup curd 75gm
1 tsp salt
1 Eno sachet
2 tbsp oil
1 cup milk to knead the dough

Making process:~
Mix Aata and maida together. Then make a hole in between the flour and add curd, salt, Eno sachet , oil and use milk to knead the dough.
After kneading the dough let it rest for 30 min...
Take a small ball out off the dough , garnish it with coriander and black seasme seeds press it a little and flatten using a rolling pin.
Place it on the pan keeping the garnished side on the top, sprinkle some water on the pan to maintain the temperature and cover it with a pan.
Cook from both the sides using the refined butter(ghee)
~ Serve with Pindi Chole and Enjoy 😉
