🏉 Women & Girls Referee Course

On Wednesday night, we had the privilege of having Maggie Cogger-Orr run a Women & Girls referee course at Eden Park 🏟️

They covered off all the basics: whistle, signal, tackle, and plenty more - all whilst enjoying some dinner and drinks! We hope to see plenty of them take their first step into refereeing with the ARRA

⭐ Referee Spotlight – David Jordan ⭐

Meet David Jordan. New to the association in 2025, David has come back for his second season and is already making huge strides. He’s stepped up into some of our top school games and continues to show real growth every time he’s out in the middle.

You’ll see David at just about every meeting, asking great questions and always putting his hand up for extra games. His attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are great signs for the future!

We’re really looking forward to seeing David continue to develop and grow within the association 👏

A huge congratulations to Peter Thompson on being recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours with a CNZM for services to philanthropy and rugby.

As one of our valued Gold Sponsors, we have seen firsthand the impact Peter continues to make, not only within our association but across sport and the wider community.
