This week's feature fish dish is this beautiful Soft Shell Crab Curry! ✨ Soft shell crab deep-fried and served in a crab curry with noodles, potatoes, eggplant, and mushrooms!

This week we are offering our "Hamachi Crostini” as our feature appetizer. 😋 Crispy rice crostini topped with sushi grade yellowtail, dried shrimp and lemongrass aioli!

This week’s feature fish, the “Hanoi-style Snapper” is inspired by our Chef/owner’s travels to Vietnam - specifically, the restaurant pictured below (Cha Ca La Vong). Our version is galangal and turmeric-marinated and served over chilled vermicelli rice noodles, sautéed baby bok choy, and topped with fresh dill!

One sip, and it’s love at first taste. The Yuzu Kiss Martini—a perfect blend of Hendrick’s gin, yuzu liqueur, and a sweet kiss of strawberry.
