After a year of distance from what became the last Perversion show in Detroit and the first GBK performance here in Detroit, we can see that the hysteria, the manufactured outrage, and articles rushed out to capitalize on the moment did not silence or succeed in any boycott. If anything, they only sharpened the will to continue for everyone involved. We did not retreat. The scene traitors and infiltrated factions were exposed for what they are. The Men Among the Ruins are still here. Since then, we have kept moving forward beyond the reach of local noise and borrowed authority.

Today we announce that we will be playing again in Detroit, on Saturday, July 18th. The show will be invite only and we will of course reserve the right of admission. This is not an attempt to rebuild, reconcile, or explain. The full line up will be announced at a later date. If you are interested in attending, contact us to add you to the invite list.
