Join the Brothers of the Gamma Pi Chapter for our next bootcamp workout this Saturday May 9th, at the Athletic Republic in District Heights, MD.
You can also usually join us every 2nd Saturday through June for a monthly workout to promote fitness and wellness, hosted by the professional fitness training team Nation of Judstonia.
The program will consist of Bootcamp and High-Intensity Training (H.I.T.) style workouts, focusing primarily on adult fitness. Whether participants are beginners or experienced in fitness training, the program will be designed to meet individuals at their current fitness level and help them progress safely and effectively.
The purpose of this program is to encourage adults in our community to become more active and adopt healthier lifestyles.
