Great joint grading session at Dave Harris's dojo. My Scotland student, Alberto Lagoa awarded his 3rd dan.

6 hours of one to one training yesterday with my student, Alberto de Cavalho Lagoa. A lot of information to be retained.

It was great to train with the guys at the Uechi International Scotland dojo. I was able to present Lawrence King with his Sandan certificate. I'm very proud of the progress Lawrence continues to make.

A really great session yesterday with a lot of information exchanged. Good to see guys from different areas working enthusiastically and sharing understanding.

Well done Alberto. Thank you for making the effort to travel so far.
