Was too focused on the amazing Omakase dinner to take any more pictures. Thank you Chef and everyone at for an amazing birthday meal. Always worth the trip!

Trying to keep ingredients in the fridge to add to eggs. Had some ham, feta, spinach and plum tomatoes.

Mixed in some Valentine hot sauce, cojita cheese and crema some everything bagel seasoning to finish

Air fried some petite sirloin for a quick and easy, breakfast

Finally perfect riding weather. A few night's sleep in my own bed worked wonders for my energy

Sad to leave, but grateful to have been here to celebrate two awesome people!

Vacation is coming to and end but I wish I could have this breakfast every day
