Girl Scout Troop 21 is working to earn funds to help them travel to Savanna GA 2023, where they will learn more about how Girl Scouts was created & visit the areas where it began. They are also using part of the money to support the girls over the next year on events (Julie Gordon Lowe's Birthday, World Thinking Day), and Bronze/Silver/Gold award projects, plus they use part of the funds to help them continue a 2021 Silver Award (adding items to local blessing boxes). If you stop by Slim Chickens on May 20 during these hours, please let them know you are supporting this troop & show them the flyer (digital or physical) Plus give them a warm thank you for all the support they have shown the girls in this troop, they have been amazing at assisting them.
Hi, currently we are working on rocks that promote Kindness. Be on the lookout for those over the next few weeks.
Plus YOU are always welcome to post that you have hidden rocks ... a pic of the rock and may a hint about where you left it.

We have a Girl Scout troop, 21, painting rocks. If you seen any with that green tag PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post & add pic of your find.
They should be hiding over the next week or two.
We finally got more rocks out ... hope to see posts of who found them

The Baby Mobile is coming back to Lawton! Free diapers, formula, and food from Infant Crisis Services on January 22nd from 10:00AM-2:00PM. The Baby Mobile will be located in our parking lot at 1010 SW Sheridan Road.

Veteran with no remaining family to be buried, public asked to attend An Army veteran, with no known remaining family, will be buried this week at Fort Sill National Cemetery and the community is invited to attend.
