I LOVE using the RACE strategy in my writing classroom for so many reasons. Fifth graders often have a difficult time visualizing constructed response. This strategy has been a game-changer in how I teach response to text.

🌟 I also have yet to share my exciting news with you all! After a lot of research and thought, I submitted a rather sizable flexible seating project to Donors Choose. My project was fully funded! I'm still working out the logistics but we are getting a great handle on flexible seating in our classroom and I am so greatful to all of our generous donors! More pics to come soon! 🌟📚🛋

I know I’ve been MIA from Instagram mainly because the end of the year has been a complete whirlwind of activities. Including this International night that our Parent Engagement committee put on last week. We worked so hard and it was the most amazing night! I plan to keep sharing more now that we are winding down and the year is coming to a close! Thanks to all my followers that have been patient while a took a little break 🥰
