The results are in! Our awesome employees donated 343 coats & 2,366 food items in our Fourth Annual Holiday Food & Coat Drive, for a total of 2,709 donations! Now that's something to celebrate! From our family to yours, we'd like to wish you all a wonderful holiday season. See you next year!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Please join our us for our Fourth Annual Holiday Food & Coat Drive, benefiting the Houston Food Bank & The Star of Hope. Your non-perishable food donations and clothing donations will be delivered directly to these organizations just before Christmas. All items can be dropped off at our office located at 4525 S. Pinemont Dr., Ste. 114, Houston, Texas, 77041 Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Give back to our fellow Houstonians in need & give this a share to help spread the word!

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Construction office is looking to fill a full time receptionist/administrative assistant position with room to grow. The starting objective for this position is to alleviate duties from the administrative team by covering various daily, weekly, & monthly tasks while maintaining a primary focus on answering & directing calls.

Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone system: direct calls & take messages
• Scanning documents & electronic filing; heavy use of Adobe Acrobat
• Light paper filing, document preparation, & use of Microsoft Office
• Assisting multiple office personnel when necessary

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Polite, professional attitude when answering the phone
• Experience working in an office
• Dependability & punctuality
• Excellent grammar, spelling, & attention to detail

Additional Information:
• Experience with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Intuit Quickbase is preferred, but not required
• Experience in construction is preferred, but not required
• Salary: DOE
• Location: Northwest Houston, near 290 & Hollister
• Hours: 8am - 5pm, M-F
