A couple of weeks ago I made a Mr Men themed cake for a cool 5 yr old :) I thought I'd do something different with the inside: alternate layers of chocolate and funfetti. A huge hit apparently!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of making this bright, colourful and detailed cake for one of my cousin's wedding functions (the Mehndi party). Each tier had three layers of red velvet cake, smothered in vanilla buttercream, covered with fondant and handmade sugar paste flowers, mmmm! 💚💛💜💑💜💛💚
