As the weeks go by, the intensity of exercising remains the same to establish a solid connection between the player and the instrument.

There’s no exercise too small and no movement too little.

Meditative practices are a pivotal moment in The Retreat. Daily practices are held, providing a safe space for your instrument to immerse in the art of intentional thinking.

Healing and restructuring the instrument and yourself is a very important process during 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐚 𝐗𝐋 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭.

Sonic Specialists will be there to assist you and guide you through the therapeutic practices that we perform.

Getting stronger will make your connection deeper and create an extra layer of control and compositional freedom in your daily practice.

All levels are welcome and our trained professionals are there to assist you and customize our practices to your needs.

1st week of the retreat we make sure to measure weight and intensity so we can follow progress and make optimal suggestions.

2025 has been a year of touring for Pota Lotsa XL.

We couldn’t find a better way to start for the year!
Last year we had so much fun filming the series series while traveling on Regio.

This fall we took the band on tour through Germany to investigate in depth the maximalism of the amoebic movement throughout the country.
