Great way to cap off the with the Army’s Twilight Tattoo, last night, featuring Soldiers from the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and The United States Army Band. During the event, I was proud to enlist future Soldiers into our U.S. Army. We then followed up the events with a run in the National Capital Region this morning!

I was honored to visit the Normandy American Cemetery and pay tribute to the American and Allied Forces who landed on the beaches of Normandy 79 years ago. I also am grateful for the opportunity to meet with some of the living veterans. Their bravery and sacrifice saved the world from tyranny.
