Mastering Is Not Necessary
Power Blast 333 http://www.putyourselffirst.com So often when people come the the end of a phase within their workout program, there is a fear about the set of workouts in the next phase? Will they be too hard? Can I keep up? Am I ready? Should I master the current workouts first? Should I repeat the this phase again? These are all legitimate things to ask yourself and you know what? You need to more forward in the workouts. Mastering is not necessary.

Getting Support For Your Healthy Lifestyle
Power Blast 332 http://www.putyourselffirst.com When it comes to making a decision to lead a healthy lifestyle, getting support from family and friends can make all the difference. But what if you do not get that support? Staring a healthy lifestyle is exciting. It is important to identify exactly what you want to exercise and eat right. Have that clearly written down and in your head. If it is to lose weight, be sure to write down your reasons why you want to lose it. For example, β€œI want to lose 50 pounds so that I can have more energy and feel more confident in my own skin. I want to be able to buy nice fitting clothing and just feel incredibly healthy and fit.” This will be your guide and focus and mission no matter what. Now, when it comes to getting support. Just know that we cannot change another person – don’t force your ideas on another person. While you are excited to have a healthy lifestyle, others may not want to nor be ready for it. So, if you want others to accept your healthy lifestyle choices, you need to take a step back and accept their lifestyle choices, even though it may not align with yours. This is a two-way street.

Well, he's a pilot and just landed in Calgary. I picked him up and we went back to my house to to bang out two T25 workouts. David had never done T25 before. He loved it and has so many ideas on how this can help you get amazing results in a short amount of time.

So, in honor of Independence Day in the US, I made Red, White and Blue Shakeology Popsicles! They turned out AMAZING. Here is the recipe! Also check put the deal with the workout Focus T25! Red, White & Blue Shakeology Popsicles 1 serving of Vanilla Shakeology 3/4 cup nonfat or almond milk 1 cup ice (more or less to taste) 1 1/2 cups blueberries 1 cup raspberries (or diced dark cherries or strawberries) Put Shakeology, milk and ice into a blender until thoroughly nixed and creamy. Add in frozen or fresh berries. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. ENJOY

It's amazing how each person's health and fitness journey got started. Most of them start with "I was at an all-time low." or "I got an early warning sign when I had to go to the Doctor/ER" or "I felt so awful, I needed to do something." Everyone was at a different point in their journey and all said it wasn't easy. But day by day they chipped away at their goal. So, what is your story? What are you doing to improve the journey of your life. How can you and I add value to each other and support our journeys to be the best we can be?
