Our red light therapy blankets employ specific wavelengths of light that have been extensively studied and found to yield the most therapeutic benefits.

Based on the pioneering work of Tiina Karu at the Laboratory of Laser Biomedicine, which is part of the Russian Academy of Sciences' Institute of Laser and Information Technologies, we've selected wavelengths that cater to a myriad of canine health issues:

🔴 630nm (Red Light):Optimal for addressing skin conditions, boosting wound healing, and encouraging skin rejuvenation.

🔴 660nm (Red Light):Supports recovery from training fatigue, reduces inflammation, and speeds up wound recovery.

🔴 810nm (Near-Infrared Light):Enhances various recovery processes, including brain function and mental wellness.

🔴 830nm (Near-Infrared Light):Possesses anti-inflammatory properties and is excellent for rapid recovery after intensive activities.

🔴 850nm (Near-Infrared Light):Alleviates muscle strain and assists in muscle repair, optimizing the therapeutic effects of the red light spectrum.

“My pup is a healthy 2.5-year-old Swiss Shepherd, and I’m very intentional about everything I do to support his long-term health. 🏇 Case Study: Peter

“Late last year, my warmblood horse, Peter, was diagnosed with uveitis in his left eye. While not great news, it wasn’t a complete surprise since he’d had occasional issues with that eye over the past year.

His initial treatment involved eye medications and pain management for nearly a month before he was comfortable enough to return to work. Around that time, I purchased the EquiSol Torch to use during future flare ups because I already believed in the benefits of red light therapy.

About a month ago, Peter experienced another flare up. We immediately started his treatment protocol and added red light therapy 2–3 times per day. Within two days, his eye was completely clear. The inflammation and haziness were gone. Everyone was surprised because this normally takes much longer to resolve.

To be safe, I continued daily eye meds and RLT treatments for another week. Peter’s eye remains clear, and now I use the EquiSol Torch regularly at the stable in hopes of preventing future episodes.
