Welcome to our Caravan on Regent Bay Holiday Park, Morecambe. We are located less than 4 minutes walk from the entertainment venue and swimming pool, The Boathouse, with sports tv's, arcades and the show bar, which hosts kids nightly party games, adult bingo and live acts.
The caravan has 1 double bedroom with a single and a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is also a pull out bed in the lounge.

🎪 Entertainment Passes are not included in your break. Passes can be collected and paid for at reception, beds will be made up prior to your arrival if you have hired linen, so all you have to do when you arrive is unpack & have fun.

Whilst we do have a cleaning company to come in and do the changeover we do ask that you please leave the caravan clean and tidy inc pots pans and cutlery with all rubbish taken to the large bins before you leave. Failure to do so will result in loss of cleaning deposit.

Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your holiday. No dates will be reserved without cleared payment.

The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
All holidays booked less than 6 weeks before your holiday start date need to be paid in full including a refundable bond.

A security/cleaning bond of £50 is required 14 days after you have booked your stay. This is refundable once our cleaning staff have carried out their final inspection. This will be returned within 14 days although we will endeavour to return this within 7 days when possible.

Damages
Please report any issues to me as soon as possible. If any breakages/damages occur or removal of items from the caravan is to be found on inspection, this will be taken out of your bond and the remainder sent to you.

NO SMOKING is allowed in our caravan smoking is only allowed in outside areas, should any cigarette butts be found in or around the caravan you will forfeit your care/cleaning deposit.

Payment can be made via bank transfer details of which will be given to you on booking.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking:
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days after payment is made.
If payment for the holiday is made in full, a refund will be given up to 12 weeks before the holiday start date, less the deposit and any admin fees incurred. If holidays are cancelled less than 12 weeks before your holiday then unfortunately no refund will be given other than your £100 refundable bond. Please be aware refunds may take up to 28 days to be issued.

There is 24hr security on site, therefore rules and regulations MUST be adhered to whilst in any area of the holiday park. If in the unfortunate event you or any of your party cause a disturbance and are asked to leave the resort. No refunds will be given.

Caravan Hire Regent Bay Morecambe is available from now until march 18th for only £150 mon-fri anr Fri -Mon to friends and family, let me know if you fancy a little get away.
Full payment will be required to secure date.
Open season dates and prices will be released soon.

Had a great opening week up at Regent bay, plenty to do at the club house including quiz, bingo and plenty beer, arcades open and so is the little play area and basketball court, The food at the club house is too notch also.
Down the beach front there is also plenty going on with bars, ice cream parlours and arcades open.
Hopefully the pool will also open on site very soon.
But the best part of the week is the transformation the caravan has had. It’s coming together nicely. Few bits still to do but it’s ready for the next guests.
New carpets and fresh paint.

Nice day out on the beach finished off with a chippy tea from Westgate chippy, both within half a mile of the caravan.

Good night at the club house enjoying the quiz and bingo.

Good to be back at the van.

All facilities are now open apart from the swimming pool.
