Preservation & Hand Papermaking. In as much as I love to retain the original form of my Hand Papermaking, magazine collection, I have to remove the rusted staple wires and replace them by sewing with colored thread and kami-ito (shifu thread) from Asao Shimura. The rusty staple wires are contaminating the paper pages because of very humid climate in the Philippines. Anyway, it looks great seeing them on their spine on my shelves.

My latest abaca story at the art arubayan, centro uritan. A summer heat is coming so I collected some bakbak from the mother plant for future hand papermaking workshop.
