Tonight, Ottawa Bluesfest!

I promised my favorite Canadian Blues Man, Big Dave McLean, there would be some Hardcore Blues in the set for him and my Dad. 🙌 Also, shout out to local killin’ guitarist, Tony D for bringing me here my first time, at age 16, to help him open for the late great, John Lee Ho**er ! Turned out we played with Buddy Guy instead, as John Lee was unable to make that one. Will never forget that, my friend.

On this day I wear my Black Sabbath shirt, just like the day I was called to open their North American Tour - an incredible gift! We were treated with nothing but the upmost kindness and greatness from these real life legends. I’d leave stage every show with “get ready for the best band in the land!”, and still very much feel it. Ozzy, Tony, Geezer, & Bill, thank you for your endless inspiration!🖤
