This brand was created to open the conversation about mental health and increase awareness.
Some ways you can help break the stigma are
• getting treatment
• talking openly about your mental health
• joining a support group
•checking in with friends and family
• not equating yourself and others with the illness
Mental health matters every day of every month, but using this month to spread awareness can help reach people who still feel alone in their struggles. 🩵
