Salad with mushrooms and cheese " Temptation"

To prepare a salad with mushrooms and cheese "Temptation" such products are necessary:
- 150 g smoked chicken breast
- 100 g pickled mushrooms
— 1 processed cheese
- a handful of roasted salted peanuts
- a handful of salted crackers with spices
— about 5 tbsp of mayonnaise
- fresh herbs for decoration

Smoked chicken breast cut into thin small slices.
Spread the chicken slices on a flat plate.
Top with a layer of slices of pickled mushrooms.
These two layers are abundantly watered with mayonnaise, as the mayonnaise layer will no longer be.
Processed cheese crumble into small pieces, which are evenly distributed evenly. You can grate the cheese on a grater, but then the texture of the salad will be a little different, although it will not affect the taste.
Crackers break into small cubes and sprinkle them with salad.
Salted roasted peanuts sent to the mortar
and slightly break it to get a large crumb.
Sprinkle peanuts on our salad.
Decorate the dish with fresh herbs, and serve it to the festive table.

Pumpkin jerks

Ingredients:

Potatoes 6 PCs
Pumpkin 200 g
Onion 1 PC
1 piece chicken egg
Wheat flour 100 g

Preparation:

1. Grate (using a food processor or by hand) peeled potatoes, onions and pumpkin. Excess juice decant.
2. Add to the mixture a little flour and egg, and salt and pepper to taste. Carefully knead and form small cakes.
3. Heat a frying pan with an average amount of vegetable oil and spread our tortillas on it. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
Serve hot with sour cream. Bon appetit

Spicy wings for beer

Number of servings: 2-3 PCs.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings-500 g
Soy sauce-100 ml
Garlic-3 cloves
Chili pepper — to 0.25 tsp
Ground ginger-0.25 tsp.
Dijon mustard-2 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Wash the wings thoroughly, let the water drain. Peel the garlic and measure out the spices and sauce.
2. Wings cut on the joint into two parts. The extreme part of the wing, if available, it is better to cut off, it burns, and there is almost no meat in it.
3. Add the crushed garlic, mustard, ginger and chilli to the soy sauce. Adjust the amount of pepper to your taste. Pepper comes across different, and people have different tastes.
4. Pour the marinade over the wings, mix thoroughly. Send in the refrigerator for 2 hours, occasionally stir so that all the wings were in the marinade. Can be from above put a small oppression.
5. After 2 hours, fold the wings in a colander, let the liquid drain. I try to remove the garlic because it burns in the oven. Cover the baking sheet with paper, brush it with refined oil, spread the wings not too tightly. Place the baking sheet in a hot oven for 35-40 minutes, the temperature is 200ºC.

ROLLS WITH MINCED MEAT IN THE OVEN

INGREDIENTS:
● Bagels-250 Grams
● Minced Meat-150 Grams
● Hard cheese-100 Grams
● Milk-500 Milliliters
● Salt-to taste
● Ground black pepper — to taste
● Onions-0.5 Pieces
● Sour cream-1 Teaspoon
● Garlic-1 Clove (optional)

PREPARATION:
Prepare the products according to the list. Minced meat will suit any. Bagels choose not sweet, and type "school", the size of the bagel role not plays. Fold the bagels into a deep container, fill them with milk so that they are completely covered with it. Of course, the bagels will pop up, but they need to be stirred periodically so that they are well saturated with milk. Leave them for 30-40 minutes. Take a convenient large baking tray. Grease it with vegetable oil, put the soaked bagels in an even layer.Fill each bagel with a ball of minced meat. Minced meat should be pressed a little inside. Send stuffed bagels for 15 minutes in a hot oven (baking temperature-180 degrees).
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.When the bagels are ready, remove them from the oven and cover generously with cheese. Return them to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.Bagels with stuffing are ready! Serve the appetizer both hot and cold.
