Starting day 2 of this guys 16th birthday celebration.

Nice having a legit set of plans on this elaborate remodel... also nice having a decent football game on a Thursday night. The fire almost makes it feel like I'm not racking my brain on the x's and o's of this project. Back to work now.

Accidents happen, but usually avoidable if you slow down, and plan... and follow the plan. Failure to do so, will always result in wasted time, and varying degrees of pure net$.

$130 new door or bust the bondo and sander out- one is less out of pocket, one takes more time...

Fun project. Got the wiring and plumbing ran just in time for spray foam. Landaverde’s welding gets all the credit for the awesome weld up building.

Getting the pad site right, between thunder storms. Couple more loads of dirt and will be done with this phase. Should have trenching, rebar, and concrete rolling by end of the week.
