After selling so many of these this past weekend I thought I should show my own.
Old crate, that i bought at Open Door Antiques instead of a tree skirt, and the star is a bed spring and a piece of metal roofing.
I β€ upcycling.

So exciting when a customer sends me pictures after they decorate with my items.
I love the reflection of the tree on the wet deck.

Craft show was a success!

Not your grandmas christmas colors

My version of the aluminum mid century tree and one a little more rustic.
Both made from an old pine countertop with drawer pulls to hang ornaments from.

Christmas balls almost ready to go. Used up lots of recycled wood. Time to clear coat and add hangers. And then....π€ maybe something a little midcentury modern........

Working on a couple of rustic red Christmas trees.
Not quite sure what color to make the star yet.....π€

Its that time of year again!
This year my snowpeople will be available at The Napan Baykery in Chatham. π
Trees range in price from $25 to $75,
and are 2.5 feet to 6.5 feet tall.
Snowpeople are $75 for the 6ft tall ones.
3 foot snowpeople coming soon!

Creating our very own tree farm. Might get crowded in the house. π

Its that time again.

Biggest project yet! Taking an old barn apart, piece by piece. Theres a fair bit of rot. A foot or two went through the roof π
Some other reclaimed wood will have to be used but we are carefully labeling every board, so that it can be reassembled in another location. β€β€β€ this kind of work!
Best part of this project is listening to the
"old guys" tell stories about when it was originally built. π

We are finally getting back to working on our completely upcycled house.
First job, building a wall in the basement out of windows and doors.
Hardest part was cutting the doors in half, π’ but totally worth it in the end. π it!!!

Homeowners old shutter, some rough cedar, left over wedding flowers and voila!
Garden angel for our favorite
minister/customer/friend, and his wife.
If you drive through parkwood you may spot her hanging out in their garden. π
