I’m teaching a giant spa party tonight 😬 (this introvert is a little nervous) and I thought I’d share one of the easiest gift recipes I love to share!

Sugar scrub
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
4 drops Lavender
4 drops Grapefruit

You can customize the scent using quality essential oils and simple kitchen ingredients! Super simple and makes a great gift, or for your staying home spa night. 😉

5 uses for stress away

1. Apply on your neck and wrists for stressful situations or to help prepare yourself for the day!

2. Use before bed to help wind down and help your brain turn off for the night.

I didn’t realize until I began to research during my first pregnancy how many baby products have ingredients BANNED in other countries due to the health risks.
