We could not be more excited about this find! After years of only being able to find Starbucks iced coffee at Costco, we've discovered it in "regular" grocery stores! And it's BLONDE ROAST (our absolute favourite)! You can do so much with this. Add protein beverage (we've heard Premier Protein caramel is amazing), a dash of cinnamon, milk and a bit of maple syrup, or just enjoyed over ice... The possibilities are endless!

Have you taken a look at the hummus selection in grocery stores lately?! SO π MANY π OPTIONS π! And there isn't really a more versatile health food. Whether you spread it on a sandwich, use it as a vegetable dip, put it on nachos, mix it in soup, hummus is always a good idea. How many of these varieties (swipe right!) have you tried? I'm team !

These trail bite snackers are full of super foods! They are the perfect mid-afternoon pick me up. We love them with laughing cow cheese for an extra filling snack.

We've all been told again and again how bad the sugar content is in most yogurts. But as much as I try, I really can't enjoy plain yogurt π’. That's why I was so excited when I found this yogurt from Danone! Only 60 calories each and NO ADDED SUGAR π. But it doesn't have that awful sour cream flavour I just can't get around. I love adding fresh berries to mine for an extra filling snack.

These vegetable "pastas" are so convenient and more tasty than I expected! Kind of proves that anything is good smothered in pasta sauce and topped with a little parmesan π.

Have you noticed how much better whole grain pasta tastes these days? This is one of our new favourites. Ingredient list: WHOLE GRAIN DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR BLEND (QUINOA, AMARANTH, MILLET, SORGHUM, TEFF). You can't beat that! π

Anyone else here a big fan of the buddha bowls at Chopped Leaf or Freshii? I love making buddha bowls at home, but hate how long it takes for my rice or noodles to cook! This product from PC is the answer to all my problems. I heat it up, then put my choice of vegetables and protein on top, toss it in a sauce and I've got a delicious buddha bowl!

I love the idea of low calorie juices but hate that so many contain aspartame. That's why I love that PC has decided to sweeten so many of their low cal products with natural stevia! I bought this one during my essentials shopping last week, and I love it! I was very impressed with the taste and that I got none of that aspartame aftertaste. This is one to try!

These NEW veggie crisps are made of green and yellow peas, potato, garlic, tomato, spinach, carrot, onion and beets! They're so addictive! Nutritional content varies according to flavour but these ketchup ones, as well as the salt and vinegar and plain have only 70 calories per serving!

Any kombucha drinkers out there? I've always loved this slightly fizzy gut healthy drink, especially ice cold on a warm day. I've drank a lot of different varieties of kombucha, and I can personally tell you, these are SO GOOD! I definitely tasted the "pop" flavour, yet that familiar kombucha "tang" was there, as well! I will be back for more. Note: if you've never had kombucha before, don't expect this to taste like a can of pop. It's very much kombucha, but with an amazing twist.

Turkey bacon has long been a stand-by for those looking for a healthier version of real bacon, but I always find it a little too turkey flavoured ππ₯. This chicken bacon has a much milder flavour, which is why I highly recommend it!

These NEW teas from Tetley are full of immune boosting ingredients! I've tried both the apple cinnamon and the berry burst and enjoyed them both a lot! The berry burst was delicious iced, as well!

I spotted these one skillet meals on my grocery run at Safeway today, and I was so impressed with the ingredients! Items like organic brown rice and quinoa, with nothing hard to pronounce or artificial! WW subscribers will love that the products you add at home are mostly zero point foods! You can't get much better than this!

As soon as I saw these **no blender** smoothie cubes, I knew I had to try them! Once I read the ingredient list, I was even more excited! These are the real deal, guys π. You pop out as many cubes as you want (they suggest a full wheel for breakfast, half wheel for snack) into water, milk, milk alternative, or juice, and then shake it up in twenty minutes. Perfectly smooth, delicious smoothie! These are going into my regular breakfast rotation. I love that you can account for different dietary needs with the liquid you use. No sugar added, and look at all these nutrients in the nutrition facts!

We all know drinking water is a vitally important component of staying healthy, but please tell me I'm not the only one who finds that so much easier when my water has a little flavour?! Confession: I don't like seafood. At all. I know seafood is a healthy addition to any diet, though, so I'm always on the hunt for seafood that doesn't taste like... Seafood! These new clover leaf bistro bowls are exactly what I needed to include more fish in my diet. Wild caught tuna, tons of protein, portion controlled meal, and doesn't taste TOO fishy!

This cold brew coffee drink tastes like an iced mocha with hundreds of calories, but it only has 90 per cup! I really hate when a product presents itself as a healthy alternative to a high calorie favourite, then leaves a terrible aftertaste or doesn't taste at all like it claims. This is not one of those products. It is a truly indulgent coffee drink with so few calories and no dairy.
