Specializing in trauma and anxiety, I provide clients with useful tools in the first 3 session to provide symptom relief. My clients are able to get to the problem and tackle it. Whether it is a recent problem or life long you've found the right therapist. I specialized in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, family relationships, stress management, NICU support and substance abuse. I also treat OCD, BiPolar, and other mental disorders. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. The client brings the content and experience of their problem and the therapist comes to help treat the client and navigate the clients journey with their empathy, expertise and guidance. We have a choice to live life in Love or Fear. But with all that has been going on in our world, in our neighborhoods, in our workplaces, our families and within ourselves I have seen the array of emotions. You may say that it is impossible to be in a state of love with all that is happening right now. By I beg to differ on this. When we work through our negative experiences/trauma that we have experienced moving through our life (yes we all have experienced some form of trauma because we live and breath and have been brought up in different systems). We can finally remember who we truly are- our true Self that is who we are before any conditioning, rules or others narratives that we many have adopted. That inner critic that is inside your head (is most likely isn't even yours when your really think about it). The foundational modalities are essential; EMDR, Internal Family System, Eye Movement Integration, Somatic Work, NLP, EFT, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, DBT, and Jungian Therapy to help clear and stabilize our clients and allow them to elevate to the next level of integration. This work is so important to then move forward in the present to break out of cycles of toxics relationships, to end relationships that they have out grown, to find their new tribe that they are on the same frequency with in terms of interest, depth of conversation, true meaningful bonds. I have been seeing a level of urgency in many people because they have been feeling this energetic/spiritual shift happening (as an sensitive I was aware of this resurgences 4 years ago that has only intensified) This is not new, it has happened in history before. Many people I have been in contact with are feeling spiritual or supernatural intensities and have told me they haven't been uncomfortable bringing up in therapy for the fear of being judged or being labeled. What I have found in my 31 years of practice is that it takes a level of discernment and training to assess a clinical diagnosis that falls within the medical model and a spiritual awakening and spiritual experiences that falls within the clinical parapsychology model. I would love to hear from individuals or fellow therapists about their experiences and how they have been supporting clients that have been feeling this important shift.
