As someone who’s been chronically ill for almost half her life this mindset has been my motto that keeps me going.
Even through pain and sickness I can still choose joy
Even though my hopes and dreams for life haven’t gone as planned I can still choose joy
And I DO choose joy!
We all have something to be grateful for even in our darkest moments.
Focus on the blessing rather than the curse and your joy will shine through!
