Thursday night was the finale to our Virtual Pride. Taste Tiff's Catering whipped up 2 different recipes for us. We laughed and cooked our way to some BANGIN BANGIN bites!

Cheeseburger Eggrolls
Chicken Bacon Ranch Eggrolls

Today Valentine's Day.

Legend has it St. Valentine, a Roman Catholic priest from the 3rd Century, was jailed for marring Roman soldiers against Emperor Claudius II's law.

While in jail, St. Valentine cared for his fellow prisoners to include curing a girl's blindness. Before ex*****on on 14 February 270, Valentine wrote a love message to the girl and signed ‘from your Valentine'.

It was more than 200 years later before February 14 was proclaimed Valentine's Day and linked to rituals of expressing love and admiration.
