Streets of Italy.
The photo is taken in the charming town of Perugia and the second atop the hilltop village of Orvieto. Walking around these ancient streets while watching and capturing the locals go about their day is surreal. There’s a tranquil, almost spiritual feeling about meandering around the same streets that Italians have walked many thousands of years ago. I often wonder what their life was like in these towns these many years ago; the conversations they made, the news they read and just their general daily routines.

Ravenna is home to some of the world’s most impressive Byzantine mosaics. Depicting scenes from the new and Old Testament, with an emphasis on Christ and his redemptive role- these are some of the most impressive interiors I have come across during my time in Italy.
