Some days are couture.
Some days are burgers.
Both matter.

New York mornings hit different.
Pancakes, coffee, Jordan Fashion Week notes on the table.
Same energy wherever I land. Building, planning, carrying Jordan with me everywhere I go.

This is cultural exchange in real life.
United States. Russia. Jordan. Fiji. Cambodia. Nigeria.

Different roots, different rhythms, different visions. One shared language: fashion.

Not just a runway moment, but people showing up for each other. Listening. Learning. Holding space.

For me, this is fashion diplomacy. Where creativity travels further than politics ever could.

And truly… this is the future. 🌍

Steel blue & skyline views.

For my keynote, I wanted something calm but commanding & this .joyce look does exactly that. The drape, the subtle edge of the pin, the movement in the sleeves & skirt… it’s the kind of design that doesn’t scream for attention it owns the room quietly.

Paired with earrings that feel like art. Because jewelry should whisper luxury, never shout it.

Strength wrapped in femininity, that’s the mood.

Look up in Times Square… That’s me

Seeing it felt surreal! Not just because of the screen, but because of the journey behind it. The years of building, pushing, creating platforms when there wasn’t space for us.
A proud moment for me… and for Jordan. 🇯🇴

From Amman to New York, this is what fashion diplomacy looks like to me.

wasn’t just another stage for me it was a full-circle moment. From building Jordan Fashion Week from the ground up to standing in Manhattan speaking about global systems, partnerships, & the power of collective growth.

My keynote focused on one truth: fashion cannot survive on visibility alone. If we don’t build structure, protect talent, & create real economic pathways, success stays fragile.

I said something that many of us understand : “For decades, fashion power was centralized. A few cities. A few voices deciding what mattered.”

If you weren’t close enough geographically, culturally, financially… You waited. You adapted. Or you disappeared.

I come from a region rich in craftsmanship & cultural intelligence, yet positioned outside the fashion center. So instead of waiting to be included, we built our own platforms not against the system, but beyond it.

Because today, fashion no longer rewards proximity. It rewards relevance.

Past & present. Some passions don’t age. They just grow with you. 🤍

A carousel of small joys.
Nothing loud. Everything intentional.
