Recently during one of our recent Color & Sip Playdates, one of the members of My Coloring Club told me the reason she decided to join was she wanted to invest dedicated time to self-care.
I so related to her share because my own personal self-care journey began soon after I discovered coloring which ultimately led to my self publishing my first coloring book!
In these increasingly challenging times, with so much being thrown at us literally moment to moment I personally feel that self-care is increasingly more critical than ever not only managing our own emotional well-being but maintaining our physical health.

I launched the Let’s Color Together Facebook Group in November 2021 and in a little over two months we've grown from zero -to- soon we'll be welcoming our 1000th colorists!
How amazing is that?!? 🤩
