Bowl
I made the bowl combining the coiling and moulding methods, by rolling long coils of clay, placing them inside the mould and joining each line with slip (only when the clay was not enough soft/wet)
Then smooth the surface inside the bowl and take it out of the mould when it's enough dry to hold the shape for smoothing the outside.
When it's all dry, it went into the kiln for the bisque fire.
After that I drew with pencil the design I had in mind. Then painted it with slip several layers and transparent glaze on top of all.
Lastly again to the kiln.
The result was not the colours I had envisioned, but those are the surprises of glazing🤷🏻‍♀️

Bol
Hice este bol combinando las técnicas de los churros y el molde. Haciendo churros largos de arcilla, poniéndolos dentro del molde y uniéndolos con barbotina (solo cuando la arcilla no estaba muy blanda)
Luego alisé el interior del bol y saqué del molde cuando estuvo lo suficientemente seco como para no deformarse al alisar la parte exterior.
Cuando estuvo completamente seco lo metí al primer horneado.
Después dibujé con lápiz el diseño que tenía en mente. Lo pinté con varias manos de engobe y esmalte transparente encima de todo.
Por último lo volví a meter en el horno.
El resultado de los colores no fue el deseado, pero esas son las sorpresas de esmaltar 🤷🏻‍♀️
