This one is very special as it was equipped with long duration Kelford Camshafts, supporting valve springs, new valve stem seals, new intake and exhaust valves.
Resurfaced and acid bath for a brand new shiny look, ready to but put back on and make some crazy power.

Another day, another tune.
Today, we had the pleasure to do an ecu unlock and remap.
The customer chose a stage 2+ remap with egr delete, dpf delete, swirl flap delete, speed limiter delete, maf delete, and hard cut limiter.
During our bench unlock, we always keep a copy of the customer original file for precatution and future purposes as some ecu are more fragile than others. we always make sure to ensure a top quality service.

Following our N47 and N57 series, we have our new all aluminium oil filter housings for both E and F series bmw.
Say goodbye to one of the most common failures that shows up on these engines, no more warped plastics and oil mixing with coolant.

Swirlflap delete on this 335d N57 today.
As our customer has decided that he'd like to push more power, we recommended deleting the swirl flaps as it is the most popular failure point on the N57 platform, thus winning some reliability points plus no check engine light or codes pop up with our delete kit.

N47 Time.

This E90 320d came in for some performance goodies and tuning magic.
Car was equipped with all of our performance catalog which include, intake scoops, dpf delete downpipe, upgraded intercooler, egr delete & swirl flap delete kit. Alongside that the car also received a fresh set of headlights provided by the customer.
In the tuning sector we have completely remapped both the transmission and engine to provide a total of 250HP and 470NM, along with lightning fast shifts, improved launch control, revised power delivery and liner throttle.
Customer was left super satisfied and absolutely hooked on the new power and torque the car releases as you put your foot down converting this everyday car into a little rocket.
Keep an eye out on this project as we will continue this build series with our new upgraded turbo for the N47 platform.
