I have been following Semir_jasarevic workouts from Insta and I love all this workout videos they are challenging and fun..I wanted to try this wall plank and after a multiple attempts I was able to hold it 30 seconds,I have to fine tune and make it more challenging ..One quote which I always remember to follow ..if it doesn’t challenge you ,it doesn’t change you ..It applies not only to planks anything you want to do..Give a try beginner’s play safe and tag me with your videos ..Happy Planking and happy Friday 👍👍
Post workout I take 1 scoop of Plant Based Protein Shake which contains 20 gms of protein..So the question is do we need to take a protein shake .. It’s optional,but you need to get protein through diet or shake..It’s important that you nourish the muscles that are broken down during workout.I take the shake because I don’t get enough protein through my veg diet.. As long as you are getting enough protein through your diet you don’t need to supplement !!

To all my friends who was asking me to post an beginner workouts
This is a total body workout and I have split into Upper body (Push ups),Lower body /legs (squats),Core (Plank) and some cardio for pumping your heart rate
Start slowly I recommend to work on posture, minimum reps as I mentioned in the video and try to complete 2-3 sets for maximum calorie burn
You can follow this workout every day or based on your convenience

Low energy day with not much sleep over last few days my body was totally giving up .. All I could do was a walk at slow pace (slower than tortoise),sometimes just listen to your body and keep it minimal ..I can’t wait to start a brand new day with total body workouts.. Have a good evening 🤗🤗
One of hardest and toughest workout for me is Pull ups..it requires upper body strength esp shoulders,chest and triceps..It takes time but beginners like me can start with resistance band and a minimal investment on the pull up bar ..💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
