I make and sell a range of lampshades for the home

Dropping a few new shades off at Unity Yard today, and stopped for a delicious lunch โค๏ธ healthy and tasty!!!

I love a custom order, and I love a repeat customer, and this was both!
Great choice of bedroom shade by a football mad girl!! โฝ

I've always been a lover of corduroy, but apparently it's making a comeback in 2023...
So here's the start of my corduroy lampshade collection. More colours to come!
Find them in my shop, and at now

It's been a busy start to 2023, and last week was all about this gorgeous burnt orange geometric shade๐งก with even more to make this week. It's proving popular!!!

Who says lanterns have to be Christmassy??
Making a start on my string lanterns using William Morris and Orla Kiely offcuts.

Something a little different thing week, a large floor (or table) lamp, each angle with a different view! ๐

Had a delicious purple carrot soup and tea at today when I went in to drop off some more handmade lampshades ๐

At some point in December I hit 200 Etsy sales, in little over a year of starting out!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to all those who have supported me, from buying my lampshades, to sharing and liking my posts, I really do appreciate it!
And of course here's wishing you all a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! ๐

Throughout the year instead of throwing my panel offcuts out I've been squirreling them away to make unique LED lanterns using festive fabrics.
Each one is approximately 2m long, with 20 lights, 10 lanterns, and batteries included.
Lanterns are approximately 6 to 7 cm tall, and 6cm diameter.
I've limited resources for these so won't be making many.
I currently have the mustard, teal and pink colour schemes available.
They're ยฃ20 per set. I can deliver in HD8, you can arrange collection, or I can post for an additional ยฃ4.
If you'd like one making, please let me know.

It's always nice finding the time to create something for our own house. We had a map centred around our village left to us by the sellers of this house when we moved (8 years ago). I've now repurposed it, and found a place for it in our new kitchen ๐

Christmas is coming...๐๐โจ๐

When your daughter is in love with sloths and finds a cute fabric online.... Wonder if she'll notice when she comes home from school!? ๐ฆฅ๐ฆฅ๐๐

My Sophie Allport lampshades for the nursery are always a big hit, so thought I'd add these table lamps to the mix, just add a bulb and plug in๐ก๐

Been a bit quiet on here recently, with it being the summer holidays, but here's a few shades I made in between our family holidays, lots of Sophie Allport designs, and a couple of custom shades which were a pleasure to make.

A little something I've managed to make this week.... A gorgeous leopard print shade, inside and out๐

If you're in or near Holmfirth, pop in to this amazing new place, there's a whole array of hand crafted arts and crafts, including a selection of my shades, as well as plenty of delicious cakes!!

It's been a retro kind of week here at Peggy's, I've been loving trying out some of my new 60s and 70s style fabrics๐

Something new I've been working on this week, table lamps in a gorgeous 1960s Sunflower design๐ป. Includes the electrical fitting with switched cable and plug, so all you need is the bulb!
