Two weeks ago we had our little one, who turned out to be a boy, and we named Thomas. We’ve been cherishing this time and plan to cherish a little more - until I’m back around I’ll be working on my different character voices in books, and trying not to talk like Dr. Seuss 24/7.

Most of my spooky season TBR is going to be all the Halloween books we got from our baby shower. Why? Because tomorrow my little one arrives!

That’s probably the spookiest part of my month! I’m going to be a mom tomorrow 👻🎃 I’m excited, nervous, and have been an emotional wreck all day!

I’m just a few short weeks from becoming a mom, really it could happen any day now. I’m excited, and can’t wait, but also don’t want to make anymore decisions about anything right now.

I was showered with so much love today!! Little Baby Boo 👻 got some really great books, and we can’t wait to start reading to them already!!

The best? Probably Quantum Physics for Babies 🤣 I absolutely loved those, they killed me 🤣

💌 BOOK MAIL 💌

I’ve gotten these books in the mail in the last week or so, and I’m so excited about them but haven’t been able to post!

I live in the area in Ohio where 380,000 people lost electricity and internet for DAYS. Some people still don’t have it, and I really do feel for them. The two worst things about it were I couldn’t read because there were no lights, and it was SO freaking hot, and being in the third trimester of pregnancy, I about died of heat exhaustion the second night.

But we’re back up, I’m back to reading When The Moon Hatched, and I think I’ll be reading The Art of Catching Feelings afterwards 🤗

I’ve been in a book slump lately, mainly because I could find any romance books that kept my interest for more than like 5 chapters, and because I’ve been dealing with some tougher things in my third trimester of this pregnancy, but I think I’ve finally found a book that’s got me back in the reading groove!

I’m loving When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A Parker so much, that even Ralph has been around to let me read to him because I think he secretly likes it 🐶🤣

Thank you so much for my copy of Daydreamer! I loved every second of this book. It was a little goofy, tugged on my hearts strings, made me tear up a few times, and most importantly had me hooked from start to finish! The brother’s best friend, billionaire boss trope combination is one I’m a sucker for, and this did not disappoint! Both Lucy and Felix are amazing characters, although I tended to hate Felix a bit in the beginning. I’ll be definitely be recommending this amazing romance to all my friends, and I can’t wait to find out more about the other characters throughout the book!
