Toth Construction
For over 45 years Toth Construction has been a sought after contractor for premium quality custom projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
57 stories up in the heart of Seattle, this project challenged every assumption about what residential construction can look like. With the right team and a shared vision, even the most complex spaces can come together.

Ever wonder how a spiral stair actually comes together?
It begins long before the finished railing goes in. Each curve is built in layers—carefully laminated, clamped, and shaped to hold its form over time. Temporary framing supports the geometry while every tread and riser is precisely aligned.
Much of the work disappears once the final woodwork is installed. By the time you see the finished sweep of the staircase, the measuring, adjusting, and refining have already done their job, so it simply works the way it should.

A quiet dialogue between materials.
Solid and precise, this passage is defined by alignment—stone grounding the space, steel bridging it, and light pulling everything together. The experience isn’t about any one element, but how they work in concert to guide movement and create ease.
Built with intention, and felt in the details.

A study in contrast, precision, and restraint.
High-gloss paneling meets plastered surfaces, stone transitions into wood, and light moves deliberately across every finish. This home demanded an exacting approach, where no junction was incidental and every material relationship was carefully resolved.
Our role was to execute those moments with clarity and care—honoring the intent behind each detail, from tailored millwork to complex finish alignments, so the architecture and interiors could speak as one.

This kitchen lives at the intersection of openness and warmth. With sightlines to the living spaces and a natural flow to the sitting area and patio, it’s a place that invites people in and keeps them close. A generous, light-filled hub for the home.
