Before disputing collections always contact the agency for a pay for deletion first before sending any letters or anything. Where you settle an amount pay it and get it removed from your report! Be sure to get something in writing or email that validates they agreed to delete it after your report when paid!

3.Go to the bank apply for an Equity Loan
4. Bank Appraises it.
5. Bank gives you what its worth in one big check.
6. Now you have a mortgage with the bank (let's say you have to pay the bank $500 a month for 30 yrs agreement)
7. So you place a tenant in the house charge em $850
8. That's around $350 profit monthly
9. Still got that big lump sum from your equity loan on the original house… now go buy 2 houses and rehab/ update them with that.
10. Sell both homes 70k a piece now you up 140k.
11. Pay the original 60k back to the bank
12. Ok now we left with 80k and the original house with the tenant
13. Sell the original crib for 70k
14. Up 150k
15. Taxes not included in the equations lol
16. Repeat
