I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking if I’m selling chalk or other billiards accessories. I DO NOT SELL ON FACEBOOK! This is a SCAM account using my pictures and a few of my posts. If you see this page please report it.

I haven't been tooled up to make traditional full splices for the last few years and so customers often ask me who they should go to for a full splice blank. There are a few really talented makers out there but I've always been partial to Andrews work. Over the years we've developed a pretty good working relationship and even when I finish tooling back up to make my own again I'll always recommend his blanks...next to mine of course.

Looking to hire a full time employee if you or anyone you know is interested in this type of work. Hoping to find someone with at least a little machining or wood working experience. Ideally what I'm wanting is to train someone to do all the things that I can and not just a "shop hand". Must be local to the Grayson or Collin county area. Shoot me a pm if you are interested. Back in 2019 I was fortunate to get 2nd place in a full splice contest that was held by Andrew Rounceville at the Derby City Classic. My entry cue sold soon after the show and It would be years until I saw it again. The cue today is a little shorter and not as functional as it once was. I don’t know the whole story but I guess this is the kind of stuff that happens when you mess around with another man’s girl. Looking forward to getting this plunger conversion Rounceville made for me.

Since getting back from the super billiards expo it’s been pretty eventful. Started off being sick for a few days but fortunately I was better just in time to take Richard Black up on his invite for the weekend. Really enjoyed talking shop with Thomas Wayne, Richard Black and Bob Owens. Thomas and Richard heard I liked fireball so when Erin and I arrived Richard took me into the kitchen and pulled out a bottle he had got me. He said “I’ve never heard of this but I was told it’s a little trashy” I’m not much of a drinker and so when I do drink I do prefer things that don’t taste like alcohol haha. Thomas also got me a bottle but I’ll save that story for another time. Thank you Jason and Tiffany for all the laughs and great conversation. After leaving Richard’s I booked it to Arkansas for Ron Haley’s service and celebration of life. Thank you Chris Byrne for letting me bunk with you. I’ve been fortunate to meet a lot of amazing people in this industry. It’s reminded me that life is so much more fulfilling when you spend it with people you care about.
