Everyone meet our second Yoga instructor Jaclyn ! Here is a little bit about ,Jaclyn is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Her journey started in 2020 as a fun exercise and way to stay fit. Not surprisingly she realized yoga was so much more than that. She fell in love with the healing, empowering post yoga feeling, and the collective energy amongst the wonderful community she met along the way. ✨

There are yellow and green balloons marking the driveway for you to enter !

Meet our yoga instructor Lindsey Miller she was
Introduced to yoga and meditation in 1998 while pursuing degree in exercise science at Arizona State University
Currently live in Crown Point, married for 18 years to Bob and have 10 year old daughter Gia
Studied many different styles of yoga and meditation practices over the last 24 years and loves to focus on funky breathwork and embodied movements
Currently teaching at the Alignment network in Valpo (3 Lincolnway)
Can’t wait to see everyone Saturday morning !!

This is from our 1st session we had back in April it was so cold so we had to do it inside .. I have been thinking about start up goat yoga classes for about 6 months and after I saw how much joy the goat brought to all these ladies I had to start this up full time !!!
We will be having classes 2-3 times a month and fall and winter we will be offering indoor sessions as well..
We do offer private parties as well .
So excited to share the love and joy that my herd bring us to everyone else !!

A little about A&N Goat Yoga and myself . I have been married to the love of my life for almost 16 years now and we have two amazing kids Kason which is 8 and Kenzie which is almost 2.
A couple years ago I asked my husband how would you feel about getting a couple goats for pets and of course he said yes because we are spoiled lol . Well from that point on it went from pets to breeding and having kids( baby goats) to milking for the milk and now goat yoga.
Our herd gives us so much joy I wanted to share with everyone how much joy and happiness they can bring plus a little relaxation as well. We can not wait to share this with all of you!
The picture below is our Billy Boy he is our very first goat we got and he is the biggest sweetheart he is so excited to meet all of you!

I have been thinking of starting up goat yoga for the last few months now and with how successful the last 2 sessions have been I am taking the plunge!! Welcome to A&N Goat Yoga !!
