When is the last time you did something for the PURE JOY of it? 💃🏻✨💃🏻 Not out of obligation or because you knew the outcome might be fun. Not as an escape or means of avoiding something else, but purely because you wanted to feel that childlike joy and excitement energy.

Joy is something that’s always accessible. And, there are no rules, comparisons, or power plays being made when you are really connecting to what sparks it in you.

I think of my small nieces, especially the 2 year old and the purity and authenticity of the simplest things that bring her joy, happy screams and belly laughter. She has zero awareness for who’s watching, what anyone else is doing or what the outcome may be. She is simply in the present moment with her own joy experiment, generally being silly. And, she doesn’t even have to try! It simply is for her.

I’m no different and neither are you, but we can tend to put boundaries and walls up to see how our choices or ways of expressing our joy stack up against societal norms.

Here’s the deal…there are no norms and you make your own rules especially when it comes to your sheer bliss! Don’t worry about what everyone else may think. What sparks your joy may not be their cup of tea, but you do you. And, bonus joy if you just start somewhere and don’t have a plan or expectation…see where your joy flows! The sillier the better😉.

Happy International Day of Happiness! What’s bringing that smile to your face and joy to your day today? 😊

Joy comes is many colors, shades, textures, tones, and expressions. It can literally be anything….your favorite cup of coffee, sleeping in, a penny you find on the sidewalk, a smile or wink from a stranger, laughs with a friend, hugs from a loved one, a memory popping up in your photos, being silly just because you can, and the list goes on….

Today, give yourself this gift. Harness that sparkly happy feeling and sit with it for a few more minutes than you might typically allow yourself. Part of feeling that joy and happiness more consistently is recognizing it and feeling it fully in the moment it shows up. Joy is generally always around if you’re paying attention. 💖

✨ If you’re feeling challenged to connect to your joy or simply need a little clarity, I’ve opened up the opportunity to work with me through dedicated Psychic Intuitive / Clairvoyant Readings + Healing Sessions! I’ve been honing this gift since childhood and more intentionally the last few years, so it’s time to share this gift more publicly with you! More info and booking details at my link in bio. ✨

I’m excited to be added to the roster of amazing and gifted Mindful Movement teachers at where I’m guiding a weekly Restorative Breathwork & Reiki group class. Join me Thursday nights at 7:30 PM at The Well NYC and connect to the power and expansiveness of your breath. ✨

Breathwork is an amazing practice for getting unstuck! Whether you’re feeling stagnant in your energy or life in general, or you’re managing stress and overwhelm. Whether you’re moving through trauma, grief, or are having trouble sleeping. Or, you’re simply wanting to feel more energy, clarity, and joy. Your breath has the power to support you in all of it!

In this class, we’ll combine resonant and circular breathwork rhythms with Reiki healing to relax your nervous system and ease stress. All levels are welcome and no prior experience necessary. You’ll be supported with whatever pace and cadence feels good for you. Come with an open mind and curiosity to explore your own power!✨

What if….
✨You are doing enough
✨You are exactly where you are meant to be in this moment
✨You haven’t missed anything
✨You’re right on time
✨You’re not too late
✨You have enough
✨You are MORE than enough
….and the list goes on!

This concept of “enoughness” is something I’ve been reflecting on and it can be an illusion that takes us down a rabbit hole. Enough is simply a word, a concept, and an energy we get to guide, define, and redefine.

If you’re having a moment of “not enough,” try flipping your script to “more than enough” and fill in the blank for yourself. Close your eyes, repeat that new script, take a deep breath into your “enoughness,” and feel what that feels like. Kinda magical right?!💖

Feeling stuck? Breathwork is amazing for shifting that feeling and helping you feel that expansive “enoughness” in real time. Link in bio to breathe with me.

This time of year is a natural time to reflect on the past year. It’s a wonderful time to really celebrate all the wins (even if they didn’t feel like wins in the moment) and how far you’ve come.

What I’m learning and leaning into more and more is that I’ve defined success, growth, and wins by societal metrics and physical evidence to validate I’ve achieved a certain level. And, by doing so, I’ve missed some of the juiciest celebrations in my own progress and growth. Celebrating IS validation and the physical evidence will then follow.

As you reflect on your wins this past year, embrace the fact that you’re never going backwards, even if you feel that way. Yes, you can feel stagnant and stuck, even unclear, but the moment you’re able to shift out of that stickiness, you’re moving forward and your perspective has shifted. Celebrate that, even if it feels miniscule.

Celebrate each and every experience for what it is and what it’s offering you.
